Bring a little Modern French Country into your home with this traditional farm ram rendition . The background fabric was chosen to set off the beautiful appliqued-art creatures as if they were museum pieces. I use a process that is called modern free-motion machine embroidery, which means that I layer pieces of fabric on the 100% cotton and then stitch the artwork using my vintage machine. As the needle taps away, my hands guide the subject under the stationary needle with flowing motion that "sketches" in the details of the image. It is an artistic expression which brings me great joy and, in turn, brings joy to others. Hang him in your home to remind yourself of all the steadfast beauty, romance, nostalgia, and originality that country homes and landscapes represent. You will be receiving/gifting a one-of-a-kind keepsake that will be cherished for life, and passed on for generations! Act quickly, before this sweet year-round wall accent is herded away. You will be enormously rewarded! Made of 100% cotton on chenille background mounted on Studio Wood Panel Frame 24" x 24"

Farm animals. So very resourceful. Strong and wise in many ways. This ram brings to mind the movie, "Babe", and the mantra "Baa-ram-ewe to your breed, your fleece, your clan be true. Sheep be true. Baa-ram-ewe" Or, Polonius telling his son as he sets off to university in Act I Scene 3 of Hamlet: "To thine own self be true". I try to take this to heart with my art.
